  • Rooms not up to standard, not as nice as most Hilton properties. The bed was horribly uncomfortable, lumpy and uneven. Every time i turned over it was like snuggling up to a rock. There was a note on the bed to call them for instructions on how to use it. When I stay at a hotel, I'm not interested in needing a technician just so I can sleep. Very gimmicky. The beds were not nicely made. They looked low rent and uninviting and I wondered if the sheets were clean. Chinsy on coffee supplies. Why bother supplying half and half if there's not enough for even one cup if coffee? I won't be staying at another Hilton Garden Inn.
