  • The garlic bread was hard as a rock! It hurt my teeth when I tried to eat it. When we mentioned it to our server, she tried to tell us that it's always like that, but said she'd have her manager come to speak to us. He came over and said that's just how it is because of the bread they use and then they toast it. No attempt at customer service whatsoever! When our pasta came, you could tell it had been sitting for a while. The pasta was so hard it couldn't even be considered al dente and the sauce dried up within minutes. Seriously, the best thing we had there was a tequila shot, and that's because they didn't have to cook it!
