| - If you get to the counter and the person helping you is named Becca, I suggest turning around and running away as fast as you can drag your luggage unless you feel like arguing with a rude, inappropriate, lair. I pre-paid for a rental for someone and when he showed up to pick it up Becca refused to give it to him. According to Becca she can't accept a debit card as the "incidental" card (Alamo does and did, more on that later). I offered to give her my credit card instead, she refused. I explained to her that this "policy" was not stated anywhere when renting the car, she swears that it is. Since I knew she was lying and just didn't want to be bothered helping, I went back onto Budget's site and pretended to rent another car. There is only potential issue listed if you want to PAY for the entire rental with a debit card, then there are complications but as stated earlier, that was not our situation. Budget corporate gave me a full refund and I was able to rent another car through Alamo, significantly cheaper with my employee literally standing at the counter waiting. It worked out but I feel that it's beyond inappropriate to be treated so rudely (I was told Becca was 100x more rude in person) and I'm salty for having to spend my incredibly valuable time fighting with someone like her and then having to call corporate. Save yourself time, DON'T RENT FROM BUDGET PITTSBURGH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, go to Alamo...better rates, nicer staff and clearer policy. Thanks Alamo for saving the day, you're my new go to!
