  • I had asked before I checked-in what the wait was going to be and I was told 45minutes. 2 HOURS later I received my vehicle. There was nobody in the office to even get updates from or to even ask for my vehicle back so that I could leave. Not sure even if they do a decent job that I'd return because I could've spent 2 hours at home with the same outcome.
