  • I was able to get an appointment at GVMD (for a crown to replace an old front tooth veneer) within a few days of calling the office. I selected GVMD based on Yelp reviews and because Dr. Tan was a provider under my plan. During my appointment, the staff (especially Dr. Tan) was warm, friendly, efficient and professional. I was able to get my crown made in the office during my 2 hr appointment, as opposed to getting a temporary crown and coming back after two weeks for the permanent one. Also, in the past I would have to have molds of the tooth/gum area made, which was always unpleasant. GVMD uses digital imaging, so no molds were taken. I have 5-6 crowns and my experience at GVMD was the hands down the best. My front tooth crown matches my other crown and I have had no complications.
