  • Thanks for nothing Rod the "genius" There was a man working today named Rod. My wife went in with our child looking for an iPad headrest mount, a quick find for him as the online site mentioned it was in store and available for pick up. She showed him the picture and he was quick to let her know that she would have to order this item. After she asked him if he could check for her, he quickly let her know that he wouldn't be able to help her and that she should order it online. My wife walked over to the accessories wall and there it was, hanging there ready to be bought. If you can imagine how frustrating this would be, now add a 1 year old who is crazy wild and loves to cause chaos. A mom isn't going to enjoy this kind of customer service. Rod - step your game up! You are being paid to be helpful, just be nice.
