I went to Kids Fun City with my two twin girls (1&1/2 yr olds) and was disappointed with the toddler area. There was a bouncy castle and a couple of play kitchens/workbenches, but no related toys. There were also 2 or 3 random toddler toys and some mega blocks, but otherwise it was a fairly large empty space. My girls were pretty much done within half an hour. The rest of the facility was geared towards older children, so there wasn't much that they could do. I'm sure for very little investment, Kids Fun City could add a lot more toddler-friendly toys and put a door on the enclosure.
Otherwise, the facility was very clean and the staff were super friendly. We will probably go back in a year or two, but right now its not worth the price ($10 per child) for toys I already have at home (other than the bouncy castle).
