  • I'm going to echo some of the other reviews here and say that one of the women that works there seems quite rude and has very little patience for dealing with customers. Sure, nothing she verbally says is damning, but the annoyed tone she uses with even cooperative and efficient customers is unpleasant to witness (not just to me!). She sounds incredibly condescending. One of the cupcakes wasn't visibly labelled (the little label was turned around) and so I asked what kind it was, and she told me loudly sounding annoyed, "all of the cupcakes are labelled so if you just read what it is, it'll tell you what flavour it is." I was kind of embarrassed and another customer chimed in and informed her that the label wasn't displayed visibly. She gave an annoyed sounding forced apology and rushed me through the rest of the order. Out of my 4 visits over the years, I've had 4 unpleasant encounters with the people who work there. I come here only if I'm in a pinch and really need cupcakes for an event but I've avoided this business in the past on principle because every time I've walked in I'm talked to like a stain on their shoe. Their cupcakes are delicious - I tried the red velvet, cookies n cream, salted caramel, vanilla, and strawberry. The decor inside is also really nice. If you catch them on a good day then you'd be puzzled by this 3 star review as their cupcakes do taste really good. But customer service and overall experience weigh heavily on my reviews. I've received better service at fast food restaurants.
