  • I called to see if they had a specific size and style of pant. I was assured (after being placed on hold to check) that they did in fact have what I was looking for. I drove all the way across town to find out that they didn't have them in stock. The associates took no ownership of the situation and left me with a very poor experience. I was planning on buying a few pairs of pants and shirt (probably $200+) but decided to leave and take my business elsewhere.
