It's on the second floor, so you'll need to take a flight of stairs up to the karaoke and the entrance is pretty hidden as well. $25 per hour for a room of up to 5 people which is a fairly good deal. There is a wide variety of songs, and it seemed like there was also a karaoke box with just Korean songs. So, if that's your thing, I'm sure you could ask them to set that Korean song box up for you instead. Otherwise, there is a fairly extensive selection of English/typical songs.
It opens at 3pm, but don't expect to be able to go in and start then, since they need to set up and get the system running. We came on a Friday afternoon, and there was one other group there when we left after 2 hours, so it's not that busy during the afternoons/early evenings.
