  • STAY AWAY! Recently bought a used car from this place. Like the car, but the buying experience was terrible. I have purchased over 30 cars in my life and I know what to pay (tax rate, fees, etc). These guys first tried to comeback with a payment way to high. They were trying to include gap insurance (which they didn't once mention) for a $4,700 car! Then said they got me approved for 4.9%, cool. Told them we have a deal can they fill up the tank? They said they couldn't really do that without manager approval, give me a break. Fine get me outta here, finish the deal. Finance guy was the only redeeming factor in this whole deal, nice guy. Drive off the lot gas light turns on immediately and I have to go fill up myself! Have never had this happen at any car dealer in my life! Week goes by and I get a call saying the financing didn't go through. I said finance guy said everything was good to go that night?? They said sometimes it takes 24 to 48 hours to get a final decision. Ok fine why are you contacting me a week later? Brian the manager blames it on the finance guy saying he's new. Be a real manager and stand up and take responsibility! So we have to go back down and resign paperwork saying it's now 8.9%. I tell Brian will talk about that when I come down and would like my tank filled. Get there a day or 2 later and Brian tells his guy to put 8 gallons in! I said Really! You said you would fill it? He said fine to his guy go ahead and fill it. Then finance guy says our payment is going up because of the new rate, OK drop the price on the car to compensate your mistakes. Brian says "I'm already taking a hit on this car". Not my problem! He takes $200 off, I say fine just get me outta here! Another week goes by and get another call saying the Credit Union messed up on the rate that it was 8.99% and not 8.9%! You got to be kidding me. Doubt it was the credit unions mistakes based on the track record so far. I tell them I'm not driving down again and they said I can print, sign and scan back forms. Finally done with these people! Carlos are Brian we're terrible to deal with. Dale the finance guy is great! Thanks Dale
