  • I went to Northwood Mortgage about 3 years ago and dealt with an agent named Allan. He was awesome and made the entire process smooth. There weren't that many steps, but the steps that I did have, they walked me through. My rate was better than all of my friends at the time, so I was very happy. However, the reason I'm writing the review is because of the service my brother got. Basically, when it was his time to buy a house, Northwood worked magic and got around the 9 month probationary period that the TTC imposes. It would have been a huge bummer if we couldn't get my brother a mortgage based on that technicality, but they got it done. I highly recommend Allan.
