  • The staff on check-in was friendly and helpful. The bathroom floor was not clean, the towels were tattered, and the bedsheet had a 8 inch stain just beside the pillows. The breakfast was horrible. The elevator made thumping noises between floors and clearly needed to be serviced. The AC in the room worked fine, but made a groaning squeak each time it shut off waking me up. I don't recommend this hotel at all, and there are better values nearby. The staff at check out arrived from the lobby to the front desk holding disinfecting spray and wearing cleaning gloves to get me checked out. She did not ask me about my stay and did not offer me a copy of my receipt. This one is quite expensive comparatively.
