  • I find the product I want online it says it's in stock. I call the store to confirm the item is in stock and that they are open - by the way you need to update Yelp because it says you are closed on Monday. I should have been suspicious when asking if the item was in stock as I got an immediate yes without any delay or checking of the computer. 45 minutes later I arrive and find out the item is not in stock. WTH? I'm told they can order it however the person who does the ordering is not available for 3 to 5 days!? (sounds like a solid business plan) The other option I'm given is to make a down payment and have it delivered from their warehouse In a day or so. When explaining I want to see the rifle before deciding to purchase I'm informed I have to make a deposit and would be subject to a restocking fee if I did not purchase the rifle?? The clerk seemed as bewildered about the policy as I was. The store is clean and well stocked unless you're looking for something on their website LOL. The staff was friendly. I recommend updating your website and hours on yelp. It will make your business more customer friendly and avoid the frustration of wasting an hour and a half along with losing a potential sale. It's my desire to spend dollars on local Arizona businesses especially gun stores however tombstone tactical seems to be making that difficult.
