  • I love the 5/$20something cotton panties, this location usually has a variety of colors and patterns to choose from. The store is very clean, merchandise is always tidy. The reason it's not receiving a 5 star review? The staff. I get it, retail sucks... however, if the customer is being pleasant, saying "please/thank you/I'm sorry to trouble you" etc, don't have an attitude. I cannot tell you how many times I've asked for help and in return gotten eye rolls and sighs. This does not reflect every employee, and it does not reflect every experience. Honestly, it's about 60/40. 60% of the time the girls are friendly and helpful, 40% you get the cranky pants attitude.
