  • I booked for a full size car - the application allowed me to do so, however when I went to pick the car up the same class of car was not available rather i was given a VW Golf with 10K KM's on. Now I would have understood if that was the only car left on the Parking Lot - but the lot was full with AVIS cars and the gentleman renting before me was given a SUV. So to summarize -- One of the most expensive AVIS locations I've rented from with one of the worst customer service levels.
