Sad i have to change my 5 star review to a one star just because it's the lowest i can give because I so badly would love to give them a negative star review. I love this place I go often they always do an amazing job. But the last few times I went let's just say it's been a differnt experience. They have have a way of up selling services not informing you of the upcharge. They have done that with my sister and a I keep begging her to give them another chance. Today we went in I asked how much was a gel pedicure and the lady said $40. I said ok I won't be doing my pedicure just the full set. As I proceeded to walk to the wall of regular nail polishes she stopped me gave me the stack of mail samples and said here these are regular polishes. I picked my color and everything. When it was time to pay is when they decided to tell me it was gel which i didn't ask for. I didn't think much about it since she handed me the nail samples and said these are regular. Like I said this isn't the first time. When I told her there was a mix up they automatically caught an attitude. So I said ok I'll pay you guys really need to work on your communication. I left and then decided I should tell someone in charge because they need to be more communicative. They can't just do as they please and not tell you it's spruce difference. It's a good habit to just inform the customer. Well just so you know gel is extra, a shape is extra, matte is extra and how much because therefore cereal does vary depending on the place. When I called to talk to someone in charge they woman on the phone was rude I apologized for asking if she was ivy because she sounded like ivy and ivy is usually very sweet. She caught an attitude took my number and hung up. Not myname not myconcern nothing I doubt I'll be getting a call from a manager or owner. As much as I like this place it's obvious customer service isn't as good as their nail skills. I'm disappointed because I always highly recommend them to people
