  • GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH! I was basically desperate after a week already with a broken AC and my American Home Shield's ins company's AC tech telling me it would be another 6-10 because it needed a part on back order that no one could get. I got The AC Team's number as a federal when i was calling a distributor of they knew anyone who I could purchase and buy a window unit from. After speaking to them on a holiday weekend (Labor Day) they came right over, diagnosed the problem and was able to come back the next day- again on a holiday weekend and fix it for me. They could have taken advantage of me... I was really needing to fix it, and know nothing about AC... But they were helpful, honest and affordable. Very good people!! Will use them now a couple times a year in my rentals to try and head off any problems. Can't recommend them enough! Awesome!
