  • I love the fossil store because I always have a good experience so I figured I'd get the same at the outlet store...wrong! I purchased sunglasses on 1/13/17. I tried them on in store and thought they were ok. Left bag in car until yesterday when I tried them on again for a friend to tell me how they looked. After she told me the frame wasn't good for my face, I went back to store today to do an exchange but after not finding what I liked I asked to do a return. The manager looked at my glasses, examines them then says these have been worn, I can't return them. I looked at her confused and said well yeah I tried them on and they don't look good on me. Then she said I can't return used merchandise. I was upset at this point but now because the manager was so rude about it. I had my receipt, the glasses weren't damaged and it had been less than 2 weeks since I purchased them. Now I'm stuck with glasses that don't look good and had to deal with Shar, the manager with the nasty attitude. Last visit to the fossil outlet.
