  • Rockbridge has been managing the property I rent for about 2 years now. I can say without a doubt I will never rent an apartment that they manage in the future. We have been exemplary tenants, we pay on time and treat the property with care and respect. I only wish that they did the same. The problem lies in the fact that the owners hired a maintenance company that is just a few incompetent guys who can't fix anything properly. They even cracked the new tub that they installed. My problem with Rockbridge is that they have done nothing to try and fix the situation. I have complained numerous times about the poor work being done here. I have tried to explain how the owner's money is being wasted and the apartment is worse off because of it, but Rockbridge has never replied to any of my official complaints. I don't even know if the owners know how bad the maintenance company is.
