  • The hotel was clean and beautiful and the location was perfect Everything about my business trip would have been perfect except for the front desk My associates and I experienced some pretty rude, aloof and unprofessional manners from the front desk staff, one woman in particular There was an issue with billing as the room was supposed to be pre-paid after a few calls to my company's headquarters it turns out things were in order but we were made to wait for almost 20 minutes while the issue was resolved. This would not have been something I would be upset about if the staff had been polite and said "we're sorry we're striving to straighten this out" Instead I was treated like I was the bad guy like I was trying to pull something over on them Even when the situation is explained by accountant and the problem was trying to be worked out they persisted and continuing to make things more difficult for us While we were working on the situation the woman actually looked over and started talking in a flirtatious manner to an older gentleman behind us as if we did not exist at all If it were not for that one experience I would say the hotel was wonderful but the treatment at the end was so bad that myself and the company I was with will never stay there again
