  • Wow, MegaBus need Mega help. I purchased a ticket online for a 3:45 bus from Madison to Chicago. I got to the bus stop about 20 minutes early and waited for the bus to arrive. After about an hour and 5 calls to the Mage Bus customer support I still had no idea if the bus was going to be arriving any time soon or not. The worse part is the customer support operators had no idea either. I gave up and went with the next bus that came from another company. Don't use this bus unless you want to get the run around.
