  • Our daughter has been a patient here since she was a newborn. We thought about getting a new pediatrician due to a few issues, but since our daughter was never sick, it never became a priority to find a new place. Now we have a 6 month old baby who is the sick one in the family. We've went to Mesa Peds for all of her well visits. Today was the first time we have ever called for a sick baby visit. We called first thing in the morning and we were told that we could not get an appointment today - not at the Tempe location, not at any location they have. Seriously. Not one doctor or nurse practitioner could squeeze us in at any time today at any location. We were told to call tomorrow (Saturday) at 7:45am to try to see if they could see us any time tomorrow. Since we're not established patients anywhere else, we had to take our baby to Urgent Care, wait in the waiting room for two hours and ten minutes with a sick baby to see a doctor, and luckily we did. Double ear infection, fever over 101 and needed meds for her. So glad we didn't wait a whole day and night to possibly get to see a doctor at Tempe Pediatrics. It's terrible that they aren't there for their established patients. Time to find a new pediatrician.
