  • There are some great, and not so great thing about Fairways. Our actual apartment is great. We have a view of the golf course, which is fantastic! The maintenance crew is on top of things, and very quick to respond! The apartment is clean and spacious. The office staff is not always there during posted hours. Some days, I'm pretty sure they don't show up at all. Makes it difficult to reach them sometimes. Also, we have had several times where the water was shut off with no notice for repairs. The parking lot is a disaster. If you have more than one vehicle, you can count on the second vehicle being parking very far from you apartment due to only one assigned spot per apartment.
