  • Dropping my rating to one star. Complete chaos !! No one would call back after getting the orders. When I called I was told it's wait for pre auth from the insurance. I explained that it wasn't required but they would not listen. Two days later someone called to schedule and confirmed that pre auth was not needed with my insurance!! I just wasted two days. Now they are running late as they cram in too many people in given time slots. They need to get their act together.
