  • Disappointed !!! Worst customer service ever... I just received a pair of boots for Christmas as a gift along with the gift receipt. I went to Windsor to return the boots which are intact, in the original box, with tags and gift receipt on hand, Kensey "the manager" started analyzing the boots and making faces while doing it for a few minutes and then told me I couldn't return them (All I was asking is for store credit) I asked her why? And she said because the tags were cut and I explained it was just the price part (because it was a gift, and normal people remove the price when they give you a gift) and the bar code was intact anyways. And on top of that I had the gift receipt. But, no she didn't care and didn't want to give me a reasonable solution. At this point I asked her for her manager and surprisingly to me, she was the manager, so then I told her who I could talk to to get a resolution, and then she said no one, so at this point I'm in shock with the customer service provided to me. I need to talk to the owner or anyone who is in charge of hiring people so incompetent to run a store with that poor quality customer service. Just the whole thing from beginning to end was absolutely the worse experience I ever had. I'm going to make sure to spread the word about this. I will never buy anything or recommend this store ever again. (Chandler location).
