  • Dear Nightingale owners and staff- This note is to say thank you. In late May I contacted the agency about possible help with my dad. My mom and his wife of 48 years passed away May 12. My brother and I moved dad in with us in Phoenix. We were completely overwhelmed. We both work full time but we wanted to make sure dad had the care he needed. From the first phone call, we were treated so kindly. The thoughtful nurses helped us get in home health aid, physical therapy, nurse care and occupational therapy. Every single person who has come to our home to help has been so kind, professional and lovely to be around. They all have been great at working with our schedules and the ADA issues in our historic home. Each time a new person or process came into our home, it made me, my brother and Dad all feel so thankful and relieved. You all have truly helped me and my very small family deal with a difficult time with such grace and compassion. I can't thank you all enough! Special thanks to Claudia, Sarah, Gabrielle, Terry, Previn, and the folks in the front office and scheduling. I will highly recommend this wonderful agency to friends anytime home care is needed. From my family to yours, thank you for everything!!
