  • I live in Colorado, and found this place on yelp. The hotcakes here are so good that I've now been to Pittsburgh on 2 separate trips, but I've been to Pamela's 4 times. Even if you've never been a huge pancake fan, you absolutely have to try them, since they are a unique creation that's maybe 2/3 pancake and 1/3 crepe with crispy edges. I've only had something like this at one other place in the Amana colonies in IA. Maybe its a Mennonite thing? The bacon was pretty lifeless, but the sausage links are really good, so I can't count them off any stars for that. Actually, even if I didn't like the bacon or sausage, I would still come here at every opportunity. The hotcakes are *that* good. CASH ONLY!!
