  • I will start this by saying our daughter loves coming here. We have only had 2 instructors so far but we have loved both of them as well. That is where the love ends. I expected to pay a premium for this place so I am not surprised by the cost even though their price gouging is apparent - I can imagine it is shocking if it is unexpected. The front desk is a disaster and totally unorganized. They are extremely snooty and rude if you ever have questions. I had to ask 3x for them to charge me for their overpriced costumes which had I not continued to ask they would have then charged a late fee. If you need guidance on process, what to expect during recitals, etc find a seasoned parent and ask them. We were very lucky to meet some friendly moms who have been going for two years and can show us the ropes. Also, for the price and location I would expect the facility to be more maintained. It is always dirty and needs some tlc. I would definitely look past it being unkempt if they fixed the woman in front office's attitude... but if that were done they would also be getting 4-5 stars.
