  • These were the most unprofessional and rudest group of individuals that I've ever dealt with! My husband and I were trying to purchase a used car for our son. They are unwilling to negotiate, they don't try to make a counter or offer you another car to view, and they don't return calls. I interacted with 3 different individuals there and the result was always the same! They also are very slick with their mouth, aka, smart asses! We're not friends, I'm here to conduct business so show some professionalism. We made an offer on their website for a vehicle which was a total of $1100 below the list price(including taxes and fees). I received a very rude response from the sales manager. You would have thought I asked for his first born child! I took a screen shot of the very rude exchange and my response which I will post here as well. Stay away from this place! If this is how they treat customers BEFORE they buy a car I can only imagine what their service after the sale is like
