  • Perfect patio with a terrific view but the service here has never failed to disappoint. An hour and a half for an appetizer? Several people in our group of 10 ( yes, we called ahead)) cancelled their order and left after getting tired of waiting. Our waitress disappeared halfway through our meal and none of the otherwise overworked staff knew-- or cared-- what happened. Flustered manager offered a well rehearsed, curt and lackluster apology while preemptively letting us know that she was not authorized to offer us a free round while we waited . (We didn't ask but evidently everyone who had to wait an inordinate amount of time did ask and she had a canned speech ready.) . I come here once a year or so and nothing has changed, a negative reflection on the management. It's kind of a shame considering the potential that this place has. Sigh. Maybe I'll try again next year to see if anything changed.
