  • I would say that for the most part it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and they provide you with towels, a bathrobe, the option of two different ear plugs depending on your comfort.. I do wish the water temperature was a little but more warmer.. But that's just me because I do get cold easily. The only thing I didn't like was that it was my first time and I didn't feel very welcomed by the gut at the front desk. He said there would be music playing before and after the session but there was no music. He didn't offer me any tea or water and didn't even ask me how my session went. He just ran through what I had to do quickly and that was it... But besides poor customer service.. It was clean and I would go back again..maybe to another location though
