  • Worst massage experience ever omg!!!! I'm a reflexology frequenter and this is the WORST!!!! First of all I came with a party of four, we called ahead and made an appointment to make sure they could accommodate us all which they assured us they could. So we get there and they looked like they had no clue why we were there (we double checked the call because we thought maybe we called the wrong place and no). They took three of us in one room and left one person in the party all alone. We were supposed to have an hour combo massage. They started my brother in law, then maybe 5-7mins later my sister, then maybe 10-15mins later me (meanwhile the 4th member in our party was sitting alone with feet soaking for 25min). The lady doing mine gets up and leaves and then comes back just saying "your boyfriend your boyfriend" so I go to the room where he was getting his massage and apparently they had left him there for 25 minutes soaking and he got up and left because he was annoyed of waiting (don't blame him)....why she made me get up from my massage to see this I'm not sure. So then I go back...somehow we all finish our massages at the same time even though we all started incredibly staggered with 20+ minutes between the first and third massage start. To end this craptastic experience my sister is paying she leaves them 20% tip each the lady hands her back the $15 and says "no, ten dollar tip each". Are you serious?! After they were unprepared, made us wait, and shorted our massage time?! The gall of people. NEVER EVER AGAIN
