Cleaning took 2 hours because the technician would not stop talking, and couldn't talk and clean at the same time. Dr. was very brusque and didn't explain anything that was going on (I had a fractured tooth). I went back for a filling and it went horribly. Blocks did not work, they didn't do anything more when it was clear they weren't working so I finished the procedure in horrible pain and they weren't the least bit apologetic. Had to go back because my filling was horribly painful. They did get me in quickly to recheck it. They shaved it down and it helped a little but one year later it still hurts. I went to another dentist who examined a tooth and he politely said it could be my tooth but it was most likely a poor job with the filling. Further workup revealed it was not in fact my tooth but a poorly placed filling. It also took months for them to figure out my insurance, it's a pretty common plan, it shouldn't be too difficult. I prepaid with carecredit, which they didn't actually bill and I ended up having to pay it again months later.
