  • My bf is new to this clinic so he had to fill a form and then another patient came and he was new too. And guess what? My bf's turn was after that other new patient because his form was on top my my bf's. My bf let him go first and the staff (she's new, how do I know? An hour of wait time) was whispering and frowning to another staff so my bf told her that his form came second because that guy came later so the form was on top. And guess what? She argued "no he came first, he filled the form first and I remembered him seating first" like how dare you? Even if she was right (not) that attitude is highly unacceptable. My bf was not being confrontational and he didn't even demand to see the doc first. If there is a cctv I would demand her to check it! Stupid clinic I will never recommend anyone coming here.
