  • Usually when u go to a medical facility either the dr is good and the front desk is not on point or the other way around.. or there's a long wait time after your scheduled appointment.. or worst appointment after 3 weeks when you are in agony and need medical help. We've been to several medical facilities in the past week and unfortunately I know this too well. This office is in perfect alignment front desk to assistant to Dr.. We had an amazing experience today with Dr. Mercado & her team. Our appointment was for tomorrow but since it was a matter of pain we decided to try our luck early in the morning and see if we can be seen today and they helped us (I tried this from 9am until 4pm yesterday and none even wanted to hear.. come back in 3 days.. come back in October lol). Our experience today exceeded expectations. Two thumbs up to everyone at this facility.
