  • Merillee was rude and condescending after I walked in this store prepared to drop $600-$700 on a new phone. I walked in there in a good mood and excited about upgrading, and after a few minutes of working with Merilee, I walked out annoyed and with no new phone because I decided it wasn't worth it to set up my new phone with such a rude person. Why in the world would you sign up to work in retail if you so clearly hate your customers?
