| - I bought a massage directly from their website, because they beg you not to buy from Groupon. I see why now! It is because they are horrible at their jobs and it much easier to get refunded through Groupon than it is to have them do it. After calling several times with no response, I texted the number provided. I eventually got a text back, telling me to call and leave a voicemail, and I would be contacted shortly to schedule my massage.
When I hadn't heard back from anyone by the end of the day, I texted the number to ask for a refund. I got a rude reply back and that I was told they were busy, so I needed to be patient. Mind you, this was after 3 days of calling a couple times a day and no one answering the phone. Instead, I texted back that I wanted a refund and wasn't going to just "be patient". Eventually, they refunded my money.
THREE WEEKS LATER I got a phone call asking if I wanted to schedule my massage. I kindly explained that I had gotten a refund and that it had been three weeks since I originally contacted them. The lady who called didn't seem phased, apparently its normal protocol to be rude, unhelpful, and completely unavailable to customers.
Don't waste your time or money!!!
