  • Nightmare sums it up pretty well. I realized some things are worth paying for. While this location is significantly cheaper than those of the airport - IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Staff is slower than the sloths in Zootopia. There could be 5 people in the building but 4 of them are chatting behind the partisan while the waiting room is jam packed. I thought that when a rent a car location asks for your flight time it is to make sure cars are available around that time. Not here. Once we finally got called up to collect our information, they had the information wrong even though I called the day before to clarify driver info. Clearly the girl I spoke to the night before just wanted to get me off the phone and said everything would be fine. So we waste 15min redoing the reservation. Then we have to wait another 45min for the car. FORTY FIVE MINUTES?!?! Finally the car pulls up and then the guy comes out with a tablet to ask us for the exact information we JUST reviewed with the front desk. And yes, it was still the incorrect information. My name was so far off incorrect I felt like I was on Punk'd. I correct all information, again, then get the keys. As I drive off site I realize I was given a car with the tire pressure lights on. I was doing a road trip and there was no way I was going to drive a car with a light on let alone in snow. I call as I am on the way back to have the front desk tell me there are no other cars to give me. Really? Another 30min later, a call to corporate and having to search for a "manager" I was given another car. Had this not been a prepay rental through a third party I would have asked for a refund and went elsewhere.
