  • My last review was very negative because the office had cancelled both my husband's and my appointment (without calling to inform us)....however, after leaving the negative review the main office has called MANY times to address the situation and was very concerned about what happened. They rescheduled both appointments for us and got us in the office closest to our home. Our visits with Dr. Susun Michaels went well. My husband was a little indifferent about the Dr, however I found her to be very kind and relatable. I do appreciate that the office calling multiple times to address the error and making sure we were satisfied with our appointments ;-) ;-)
