It all sounds, and looks, good when you start and the sales people are not any worse than car sales people you may have encountered. After the sale you get the "Post Sale" people, all very nice but you might as well apply for a security clearance.
But wait the best is yet to come. The sales person had told us to expect about a week for delivery, then he said it really should be a few days but he had to say a week. He had told us he bed was in the warehouse and fool hat I am I assumed he meant at least in the same state. He called and left me a message to call him in regard to the bed. Guess what! It has been more than a week.
I called!
Sometimes we can be so foolish and trusting. It took 10 minutes to work my way through the phone system and having to call in again and use different prompts. Finally got Beverly, who told me she was actually at a call center not the store. She said I could call back (I was just so thrilled) and use a different prompt. I responded with why not just cancel my order and she told me she "could" actually transfer me.
And she did. Successfully I might add.
A real person at the store (in Tempe) answered and after a few moments I was transferred to the sales person Mark who told me he was just calling to tell me the bed had not been delivered and it might be another week. Remember it was in the ware house? Well actually it had not arrived in arizona yet. I then gave him the Beverly response "Let's just cancel the order." and then he offered to give me a direct number. Was I impertinent to ask him why he had not left me that number in the first place?
Mark will be calling me to update me on delivery! I'm betting he does too as he is actually very diligent (to bad he works at the Dump)
Save yourself time and aggravation and go to Mor's instead. We just bought a couch from them an and the process, and the couch, have been marvelous.
