  • First time here, I didn't expect much about this place but as u know when u don't expect u get more. I called for the services at the very last minute. They were able to accommodate me. I got massage from Rosie , she's very nice, very welcoming and plus she's really good. I didn't even have to tell her once about the pressure.everything just went perfect. I just told the front desk how I like my Swedish and I got the Swedish that I like. So I think she's a pro! Ask for Rosie she does ear candling as well. And I also got a facial done from Liz, this girl I'm highly recommended. Much better that the facial service at the peninsula Beverly Hills. Seriously, this girl followed through all the procedure like what I'm going to get, what's next! Compare to the 2-300$ at the peninsula who didn't even care of telling me what I'm gonna get plus giving me attitude when I feel burn from the peel? This girl deserves to be at a high-end spa. But don't get me wrong this place could totally turn into 5stars if they have full facilities so we look forward to that. Anyway I wasn't feeling well today. Been in and out of the bathroom. But both girl paid close attention to me. They told each other I wasn't feeling well and made sure I was comfortable with everything! How impressive! I will definitely go back or even recommend to friends and family. They have a shower room too. Thank u so much Liz and Rosie . U made me feel good already.
