  • Everyone stay away from this company. Had a quote from the company beforehand that they would come over and diagnose the problem for a flat fee. Our shower wasn't putting out hot water and these two guys came over and turned on the water and said the cartridge was bad.... Without even of opening it up. My husband just changed the cartridge the previous week too! First mistake.. Yes! They then quoted me on two different prices. If the cartridge was indeed bad and faulty it would cost $277 to replace. We bought our replacement for $50. Wow.. Let me add that they were already very pushy and it made me not only uncomfortable but suspicious. The second quote was to remove the good cartridge and clean out the debris for $149. After about 10 minutes of labor to remove the shower faucet, they told me that the balancing spool was faulty and it would cost me $450 to replace. I looked up the cost of the spool and it was $57. Second mistake... Yes! I refused to have them change the spool and one of they guys immediately got livid with me. They then wanted to charge me the $149 for the 10 mins of labor. Just ridiculous. Do yourself favor and find another plumber.
