  • Went here today, 12/24 early in the morning. Wanting to pick up some cinnamon rolls that they advertise all the time. Stood in line for 25 minutes along with about a million other people. Finally get to the front of the line and the lady says "oh cinnamon rolls? We don't have any of those". We are sold out. Ummmm hello, I am sure I wasn't the ONLY person waiting in line for those who would have appreciated knowing they didn't have any. Staff seemed super stressed and completely disorganized. It's great to have a great product, but for lords sake, it's Christmas. Put a sign up or something so people know not to wait in line. Then I called the shop to talk to the owner, and he was super rude and said he was going home to "shoot himself". Nice way to talk to a customer. He repeated it several times saying he wanted to "blow his brains out". And not in a nice way.....I had heard such great things about this place. All I saw was literally a disorganized mess. Never again.
