  • We gave them a second chance after horrible service for my birthday, spoke to them when we organized this event February 24, 2012, about the concerns which arose the first time we used them, which were: Charging us time and a half because we weren't on the strip ... the quote only mentioned per hour... as well as the fact the gratuity was included in the price, but didn't tell us that and the driver took a tip. The second time, we knew the time and a half, but the company does not even provide gps and we spent 20 minutes on the phone directing him to our house (isn't that the dispatcher's job), was rude to our guests, left some guests behind and had to turn around (30 minutes later) and go get them, making them almost an hour late, came back to pick them up a full hour before the sheduled time. Plus we found out that tho they charge us time and a half because we are locals and not on the strip, they don't charge neighbors of ours whom live just a few blocks away. Will never use them again, they treat their customers badly and run a very poor service.
