  • Zinc Bistro is home to the best burger I've ever had. It's so good that every time I've visited, I put nothing on it. The Zinc Burger does not deserve to be tarnished by other ingredients. It's perfect as it is & I've enjoyed it that way since 2004. And if you're not in a burger mood, the Mac & Cheese is excellent! As I love to write on the paper table mats whenever I eat there ¡Viva Matt Carter!
