  • We contacted Excel Air Home Services to clean our our air ducts. Upon arrival the "technician" insisted we had mold in our ducts. I paid with my AMERICAN EXPRESS. After they left I did more research on the computer and found out this is a scam. IMMEDIATELY I contacted AmEx to dispute the charges, filed a complaint with the BBB, which by the way they are are NOT ACCREDITED, but claim to be. After the 30 days I was refunded the full amount for the additional charges. No reply from the company whatsoever. And, the address they list on their billing sheet is BOGUS and not a correct address. They list themselves as being BBB accredited when in fact they are NOT! Do not hire this company for ANY services as they are a rip off!!!
