  • Pad see ew, a basic dish that is, oddly enough, seemingly difficult to get right. The food was flavorful and proportioned correctly but I'm hard pressed to find a Charlotte Thai restaurant that heats up the wok hot enough to properly flash sear the meats and vegetables in the traditional Thai fashion. Were this location not geographically undesirable, I would undoubtedly return for another try.
