  • Well I gave it the benefit of the doubt to come here after my sisters horrible experience..maybe new staff since then...I should of listened to my instinct...My pedicure was right on and wonderful...however...I had asked and was reminded about getting a full set nail job and manicure...the nail tech who did my nails insisted on just cutting my cuticle and hence the language barrier...So I said no..I would like manicure and full set so she said ok we will do it after...not to mention she huffed and puffed about whatever she didn't want to be told...and therefore...left one of my nails with a streak of air bubbles...which I did point out to her and she said its ok...not bad..will go away...well it didn't go away...she left my nails with rough edges and never did my massage manicure...I will not ever do business here again...far from professional service unless they pick and choose who they feel like doing perfect service on...I feel very sad because a Mothers Day gift for me turned into a nightmare of a time..far from relaxed with the nail tech. The front desk girls did not even call management to offer any type of discount for bad service. Not to mention...they also left bubbles in my daughters nails...Never again will I go or recommend this place to anyone....to the lady who did my pedicure...I thank you for taking the time and effort in making sure my time with you a nice experience.
