| - Signed up for a class with someone who sounded like they came from the projects.
First warning.
Charged a whopping THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS for a canvas painting class for my 7 yr old and intentions to have my other children paint overly pricey , yet fun, clay figurines.
Second warning.
When we inadvertently missed the first class at 2p (not full) and called to join the second (not full) 6p class we were denied. When i asked to speak to a manager in regards to rolling over our $35 for the next Easter painting class, it was met by silence and the response of "my owner will call, or probably email, you in regards to that question." Never mind the fact that the ticket nor establishment had any preface of the "rules" in case the class was missed.
Aaah. But i digress.
I never received a call but instead an email to my junk folder which seems very apropos considering the response from the proprietor (snicker snicker)
And no mizz Blackburn proprietor (snicker snicker) You most definitely will NOT be seeing me in your "try to pay the bills by taking free cash" establishment.

Hello,
The canvas class you have registered for was supposed to begin at 2pm. Per our posted policy, after 15 minutes, we have to assume that you've forfeited your spot and payment. Cancellations for full refund needed to be done one day prior to today's class.
You may reregister for the Tuesday, March 20th session of "Hoppy Easter". Unfortunately, the payment from the missed session today will not roll over. We do hope to see you another time.
